Cancellation Policy

We take great care in coordinating your appointments, scheduling with the doctors, and preparing the necessary equipment. Therefore, we kindly request that you inform us of any cancellations as early as possible to allow us to make the appropriate arrangements.

We require 24 hours to reschedule or cancel appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will be considered a “No Show”.

No Show/Late cancellation will be subject to the following fees:

• Psychiatry appointments: $50
• rTMS treatments $50
• IV treatments: $625

We will consider exceptions for unavoidable emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
